I only saw my cousin Melvin at reunions, but I remember him as a classy, southern gentleman with a great sense of humor. I wish I had gotten to know him better. On behalf of my mother, Linda, and myself I would like to offer the family our deepest sympathy and prayers for peace during this time.

Thank you Harry for all the wisdom you shared with me and others, for so many years. Even though you spelled your last name wrong ;-) you certainly had great wisdom and shared it freely. You'll always be in my heart and will be missed!

Harry meant a great deal to me for many reasons. A Southern gentleman, and a proud veteran; Harry was and will continue to be a source of sensibility and an example of how it works. God Bless.

My Uncle was a very quick-witted man. The last time we were with him and Judy. I asked him about his life and accomplishments. (Things one does not think to ask when they are younger) We were ready to leave and I thanked him for the interview. He then replied,"More like an interrogation." We had a good belly laugh about that. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. May the strength and power of God's love carry you all through. God is our refuge and strength...Psalm 46:1 With Love and Heavy Heart, Melody Ann
