Jeffrey “Jeff” Steven Meller, 55, of Frederick County, Virginia passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at Winchester Medical Center.

Jeff was born in 1962 in Bristol, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Henry and Barbara Meller. He was the owner/operator of Custom Creations, a painting and construction business. Jeff was a member of Winchester Eagles and enjoyed fishing and boating. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers….any sport teams associated with Philadelphia.

Surviving is a sister, Kristina M. Meller; daughter, Ghislaine M. Storr Burks and husband, David; grandchildren, Brayden and Addison Burks; niece, Elizabeth H. Nester and husband, John; nephews, Zachary S. Meller and Travis K. Van Schoyck; great niece, Abigail G. Nester and great nephew, Kyle G. Nester. Also survived by his many loving family members in Pennsylvania.

All services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

Jeff and I had some crazy times together including Jeff going to Los Angeles with me an my mother. Me and Jeff actually hitch hiked from LA back to VA.
