Robert “Bob” Crosen, Jr., 61, of Frederick County, Virginia passed away Monday, September 11, 2017 at Winchester Medical Center.
Mr. Crosen was born in 1956 in Frederick County, Virginia, the son of Robert S. Crosen, Sr. and the late Freda M. Deneen; stepson of Christine L. Crosen. He attended Berkeley Springs High School and was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Crosen was a self-employed carpenter. Bob enjoyed traveling the world, an avid race fan, and a loving and devoted father, he will forever love his Furbabies, Pixie and Dennis the Menace.
Surviving is a daughter, Jennifer L. Crosen (Nathan Foreman) of Stephens City, Virginia; sons, Bobby Crosen (Brenda) of Winchester, Virginia and Bradley Crosen of Washington, D.C.; grandchildren, Danyale, Cody, Kendra, Mckayla, Mackenzie, Brandon, and Bobby “Boogie” Crosen, all of Winchester, Virginia; Emily and Christina Lindamood of Slainsville, West Virginia; sisters, Suzy Crosen-Faircloth of Winchester, Virginia and Cheryl Crosen Burns (Edward) of Summit Point, West Virginia; brother, Ray Crosen (Tina) of Stephens City, Virginia; nieces, Caisha Sanchez, Amanda Clayton, and Sarah Crosen; nephews, Eli Faircloth, Alan and Aaron Crosen, and Donnie Clayton. Robert was preceeded in death by his neice, Melissa D. Snyder
The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Friday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Edwin Lambert officiating.
