Ronald L. Dennis, 71, of Frederick County, Virginia passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at Winchester Medical Center.

Ron was born in 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of the late Clarence and Viola Dennis.

He married Janet Zook on May 18, 1974 in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania.

Surviving with his beloved wife are daughters, Christie Riddle (Aaron) of Winchester, Virginia and Cindy Dennis of Sterling, Virginia; and grandchildren, Corinne and Caitlin Riddle of Winchester, Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Charles and Clarence (Denny) and two sisters, Viola (Sis) and Dolores.

Ron enjoyed working with his hands and used those gifts to serve friends and neighbors. He also loved fishing, hunting, golfing and doo wop music. However, his true joy was spending time with his family.

He was a proud patriot and United States Army disabled veteran. He was a member of the VFW in Winchester, Virginia and Saxton, Pennsylvania.
