Ruth was a special lady. She was warm and loving. She always smiled gently at me and made me feel special. She gave so much of herself to make others feel accepted and loved. If God would come down to Earth and be present in a body, I believe that he would choose a person like Ruth. I always saw God through her words and deeds. She was an inspiration to all of us. The world is a sadder place without her, but Heaven is rejoicing in acquiring its newest angel! :)

I will always remember Ruth's warm, smiling face at the Relief United Methodist morning service. She would greet me and give me a hug. She was always excited to hear about what was going on in my life or in the lives of my children, Sharon and Jonathan. Her focus was always on how others were doing. She had a way of making each member of our congregation feel special. When going through several deaths in my family, Ruth sent sunshine cards to uplift my family and me. She was a true inspiration to me. Her presence will be missed so very much.

I was a pool buddy at physical therapy with Ruth some years ago. I was impressed with her smile, her warmth and her gratitude. Her words and actions reflected the spirit of Jesus from within. I am remembering her husband, her son and family in my prayers.

Ruth was a wonderful person. When we lived in Maryland she had a baby shower for me for my first child. Also I worked on several projects with her. She was fun to be with. We always had Herb's lunch ready when he came home. Ruth was truly one of God angles and now God has something special for her to do for him in heaven. I will miss her, I have many wonderful memories; Thank you Ruth

Ruth was truly an angel on Earth. She was one of the most selfless person I know....always thinking of others. She was a blessing to everyone who knew her. Ruth's card ministry touched hundreds, if not thousands of people. I am thankful for her presence in our lives. I will miss her tremendously!
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Ruth was one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. I'll think of her everytime I see a butterfly or anything purple - and I'll miss her dearly.
