Taylor Lee Belford
Taylor Lee Belford, 21, of Winchester, Virginia, lost his battle with heroin on Sunday, August 21, 2016, an addiction he fought for the last three years.
Taylor was born in 1994, in Winchester, Virginia, the son of Troy L. Belford, Sr. and Cheryl Linaburg Coffman.
Taylor is survived by his father, his companion, Beth Spaid, mother, step-father Tony Coffman, brother, Troy L. Belford Jr, and wife Stephanie, grandparents, Ronnie and Barbara Ashby, grandmother, Phyllis Linaburg, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Clyde and Hilda Belford, grandfather, Robert “Bobby” Belford, and grandfather Edward F. Linaburg, Jr.
Taylor’s family truly loved him and tried to be as supportive as they could as he struggled with this epidemic.
We will miss Taylor’s sweet smile and beautiful soul. He is no longer struggling with his demons and we take comfort in knowing he is at peace.
To those out there still suffering, please know that your family loves you. No matter what you do, don’t be scared or ashamed to ask for help.
We ask family and friends to join us for a celebration of life on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Round Hill Firehall on old route 50. Please come as you are.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Department, C/O Lenny Millholland, 1080 Coverstone Dr. Winchester, VA 22602.
