Betty Jane Manuel passed away on January 3, 2019. She was the daughter of Calvin Turner and Janie Licklider Turner.
Betty was born on September 15, 1936 in Front Royal, Virginia. She graduated Warren County High School where she was very popular and was active in sports. She was a Majorette with the WCHS Band.
She was married to Hollis E. Manuel, a marriage that ended in divorce.
She worked for the Warren County Department of Social Services, and for several offices of Income Tax Preparation.
Betty is survived by her daughter Sydney Christopher Manuel.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Dana Michelle Manuel, and her son Barry Turner Manuel, her parents and sisters
Nancy Turner Kirkland, Juanita Turner Pullen, her brothers Leon Turner and C. Warren Turner.
