Fran was a very special lady and helped the Salvation Army in Front Royal as both a long-time volunteer and member of the Advisory Board. She was always "there" when help was needed. On behalf of myself and the entire Salvation Army Advisory Board please accept our deepest sympathy and condolences. Fran will be remembered lovingly! Tony Tringale

Dear Family, I my sincere condolences for your loss. There are comforting promises in the Bible that the time is coming when “all those in the memorial tombs will hear [Jesus’] voice and come out.” (John 5:28,29) Our Loving Heavenly Father, Jehovah God has also promised that “he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more” (Revelation 21:4) May it comfort you and strengthen you to reflect on God’s promises to bring back to life your dear loved one to a beautified earth where she can be reunited with her family, and never have to get sick and die, ever again. (Psalm 37:11,29; Isaiah 33:24)

My deepest sympathy to all of our family members. Aunt Fran (Pookie) had a loving soul and will be missed greatly by all that knew her. I will forever hold dear the memories I have of weekends spent at their house after "Teen club" while in Middle school (John Hanson). She was always so kind to me. May she be in the loving arms of our Creator forever more. And may her brothers, sister and personal family find comfort from the love and strength of being together during this most difficult time. Sending our condolences to all. Doris Ellen, Dave, Jessica and Connor

To say that she is a delightful lady seems to be an understatement. However it seems to be fitting. May God rain blessings upon her, and her extended family.
