Katie Lynn Chapman, 32, of Stephens City, Virginia, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019, at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. Katie was born in 1987, in Winchester, Virginia, the daughter of Deborah Giles and Edward Leslie Chapman of Stephens City, Virginia.
