Stuart Wellington Layton, 75, of Stephens City, Virginia passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at Winchester Medical Center. There was a few times when my husband David would try to fix something if he couldn't . I would say shower repair and time call and and we will be alright. Always was.
